Regan Crocker is a seasoned manager spanning more than 13 years across various sectors. During that time he has had significant experience in business development, project management, and full cycle people management. Regan is an effective communicator with a proven ability to manage and motivate employees. He is results driven and passionate about creating a positive culture where people feel valued, appreciated, and supported in their professional growth.
In addition to his background in business, Regan spent 6 years in the Canadian Forces which helped forge his attitude toward the importance of a cohesive team, attention to detail, and sound leadership. The discipline, adaptability, and growth mindset that he gained has attributed to his drive to constantly seek improvements.
Regan holds B.A. from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an M.B.A. from the Sandermoen School of Business. He has also completed programs in adult education, communications, negotiation, and project management.
