This course is designed to make you aware of falling hazards in the work site. It includes various protection systems as well as components of a fall arrest system. Once completed, members will be able to perform a pre-use equipment inspection and be trained on how to eliminate or control the fall hazard. Certificate of Completion is awarded for successful students and is valid for three years.
Please note that you will be suspended in a harness for a short period of time as part of the practical exercise during the course.
